Group therapy is a confidential, safe place in which a small number of people meet weekly to discuss feelings of anxiety, depression, and struggles in their personal relationships. In a group therapy setting, you can give and receive peer feedback, helping you to gain self-awareness and the ability to better navigate other relationships in your life. This can help you make significant life changes and create healthier, more positive relationships
